We are looking for senior consulting leaders in selected African markets to join 35N as Consulting Partners.
This is not a salaried role.
It is a partnership opportunity for credible senior professionals who already have strong market presence, trusted relationships at decision-maker level, and the commercial instinct to convert those relationships into signed mandates.
The right person sits naturally in boardrooms, can frame a problem as well as they can sell a solution, and wants to build something big, not just represent a firm.
Compensation is tied entirely to commercial outcomes: business originated, converted, and delivered.

• Act as 35N's senior consulting representative in-country, building presence, credibility, and relationships with target clients and ecosystem stakeholders.
• Position 35N's offering clearly against the execution problems organisations in your market are actually trying to solve.
• Identify the right sectors, accounts, and partnership routes for market entry and growth.

• Originate consulting opportunities through existing relationships and targeted outreach to corporates, financial institutions, large SMEs, public sector entities, and development actors.
• Lead early client conversations: surface the real problem, shape the framing, and position the right offer.
• Support proposal development, scope definition, and commercial discussions through to closure.
• Build a healthy, qualified pipeline aligned to 35N's five practice areas.
• Convert ambiguous client needs into well-scoped consulting engagements.
• Bring local market context, client intelligence, and stakeholder mapping into deal shaping.
• Ensure proposals are grounded in actual client priorities and decision dynamics; not generic consulting templates.

• Play an active role in execution of mandates won; such as client steering, stakeholder alignment, workshop facilitation, and quality assurance.
• Lead specific workstreams or act as senior advisor on local delivery where relevant.

The Partner will help originate and support delivery across 35N's five practice areas:
Digitization
Product discovery, development and launch; Product go-to-market; PM-as-a-Service; Product sourcing and benchmarking
Staff training in Lean Six Sigma, vibe coding, and emerging digital and AI capability areas.
AI diagnostics and readiness assessments; AI agent build and deployment
Startup sourcing, incubation, and support; Innovation program design and management
Business process engineering; Digital transformation strategy and roadmap; Operating model optimization; Data management and database solutions; ERP, cloud and virtualization; Hardware infrastructure transformation
We need people with the gravitas and judgment to sit credibly with CEOs, business heads, and senior transformation sponsors ; and the commercial sharpness to move those conversations into mandates.
• 10+ years in consulting, transformation, strategy, operations, technology advisory, or enterprise change.
• Strong professional credibility and senior network in one of the target markets.
• Proven track record of originating or materially influencing consulting or advisory mandates.
• Experience working with large corporates, financial institutions, telecoms, public sector entities, or complex growth-stage businesses.
• Commercial instinct and the ability to move from relationship to signed mandate with speed.
• Enough delivery depth to contribute meaningfully beyond sales ; able to frame a problem, lead a diagnostic, and hold a client through execution.
• High integrity, sound judgment, and executive presence.
